Today we tried out a really easy pasta salad, the children really enjoyed making it and eating it too!

PACT's Writing Group share some of their experiences, concerns and revelations during isolation and COVID-19. We find that sharing our stories can help to offload some of the worries that weigh us down and maybe we can reach others who are experiencing similar struggles.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta información que me ayudo a explicar a mi hija que es el Coronavirus y como apoyarla en su entendimiento sobre esta nueva pandemia.

Hear Kathryn talking about how to play and connect with your child. Play with them for a short time, one-to-one, allowing them to lead the play and really connect with them.

We made falafel today at the Family Food Club online, a really adaptable easy recipe you can do at home with your children (if they're not screaming!). Also check out some fun activities, tips on making school food vouchers last and some information on food access.

Today, PACT took a Zoom trip to Edinburgh Zoo and Washington's Natural History Museum to draw some animals. You can travel around the world from the comfort of your kitchen!

Josephine shows us how to make her families favourite dish, it's really adaptable to anything you have at home.

It's challenging enough being an adult in this time of isolation but when you are a parent of young children it gets a whole lot harder. In response, we asked some of our parents from the PACT Project to share photos and videos of what they have been doing to keep their babies, toddlers and young children entertained.

It's time to get creative! Can you draw, paint or sew? Join us and make a PACT quilt to represent our community and share messages from our time apart during isolation. We want each PACT parent, child or volunteer to make a design on one square of fabric, which we will sew together into one beautiful quilt when we are reunited!
