Espacio Mama Group Goes Online!!

Soy Grace de Espacio Mama y quiero expresar nuestro apoyo a nuestra comunidad en estos difíciles momentos de incertidumbre. Aunque no podemos reunirnos físicamente en nuestros grupos, estamos tratando de encontrar otras formas de estar conectados.

He decidido compartir esta divertida actividad de aprendizaje que hice con mi hija ahora que las escuelas están cerradas. ¡Ahora más que nunca tenemos que mantener a nuestros hijos ocupados en casa! Creo que es muy importante que pasemos tiempo con nuestros hijos haciendo actividades prácticas, ya que esto ayuda a los niños a aprender, comunicarse mejor y fortalecer el vínculo entre padres e hijos. También ayuda a estimular la creatividad de los niños y mejorar sus habilidades motoras, lo cual es muy importante en sus primeros años de aprendizaje.

En este momento en el que todos estamos encerrados en casa creo que tenemos que ser conscientes de cuánto tiempo pasan frente a la pantalla los niños. Es por eso que los animo a limitar su tiempo en la tecnología y hacer actividades prácticas simples juntos. ¡Por favor comparte cualquier foto o video de lo que está haciendo con sus hijos a través de nuestras redes sociales o WhatsApp / o envíanos un mensaje de texto a cualquier miembro del personal de PACT!

Family Food Club Goes Online (for now!)

Food and family are more important than ever at this difficult time, so while we can’t cook together at the Family Food Club we are going to try and connect in other ways.  Our amazing Family Food Club leaders recommended sharing recipes over this time and getting the children involved while they are off school, so I decided to share a simple recipe that I made with my children today!
