Free School Meals in Summer Holidays

Many families are entitled to free school meals but are not claiming this support. During the COVID crisis there has also been a temporary extension of this support for families with NRPF (no recourse to public funds).

Free school meals support in the form of supermarket vouchers or food parcels will be provided over the summer holidays.

See the information below we have been sent to check if you can apply as soon as possible to your school or local authority so that you don’t miss out.

Celebrating Children's Art Week

Drawing insects from the Natural History Museum.

Every Wednesday at 11am we travel through Zoom to visit and draw different wonders of the world(s). We have travelled to the Arctic, to space, to the Amazon rainforest, the Smithsonian Natural History Museum in America, or even travel back in time to visit the people that we admire most.

In celebration of Children's Art Week taking place taking place online from the 29th June - 13th July, we are sharing some of our creations.

Salt Dough - easy to make decorations and handprint keepsake!

Have fun and create some lockdown memories with children of any age!

Kate and her son Adam show how to make this simple, quick salt dough recipe and once cooked you can keep what you have made forever!

With your children you can create lovely handprint/footprint keepsakes or make models, rainbows, hanging decorations....whatever! After its been in the oven the salt dough goes hard and can be painted and decorated.
