We know its not been easy for parents during the pandemic and many of us have felt stressed, isolated or worried.

We are focussing on the theme of Winter Wellbeing for the next 2 months 

Kathryn, Mena and Josephine from the PACT team share 5 simple ideas that will help you with your wellbeing....

5 ideas for better Winter Wellbeing:

Idea 1: Connect with other people, call someone, meet up with a friend or join our PACT groups

Idea 2: Keep active, go out to the park for a walk or try dancing, exercise video, active play at home

Idea 3: Learn something new to help feel more confident, raise self esteem and give you a sense of purpose

Idea 4: Give to others, offer help, bake a cake or get involved in a campaign about injustice

Ideas 5: Use mindfulness, enjoy the moment and take notice of thoughts, feelings and the world around you

These ideas are based on the well researched Five Ways to Wellbeing from mental health charity MIND.
