Yes! it is MONDAY today. Oh how Monday comes round so quickly!
Where does the weekend go? We just blink 👀 and the weekend fly's past.
There is a new week ahead of us and already we have many thoughts in our minds and many things to do.
I want to share top 3 things that I do in the morning that could also help you stay motivated, grateful and focused for the day.
get your pen and paper.... 📝
1. Take a DEEP breath
In hale for a count of 4 through the nose,
hold it for count of 7 and
exhale for count of 8 through the mouth.
(repeat 4 times each morning)
2. Think of 3 things you are most grateful for and write them down on paper.
3. Hold each 1 thing, that you are grateful for, for one minute in your mind. ⏳
and notice how much better you feel.
